Esther F. Myers, PhD, RDN, FADA

Esther Myers is an internationally known author, lecturer, educator, and researcher in dietetics and evidence analysis.  She is currently the CEO of EF Myers Consulting, Inc. Dr Myers was the Chief Science Officer for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics from 2000 to 2012 and Military Consultant to the United States Air Force Surgeon General from 1994 to 2000.  She focuses on collaborative initiatives in international practice-based research and dissemination of evidence analysis principles, Nutrition Care Process and Model (NCPM), and International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT). Dr Myers is the author of Nutrition Today columns using evidence analysis and NCP/IDNT in public policy.
